I. Introduction
Bottling Lines: Due to their unique working principles, automated bottling lines handle the entire process from raw material loading to processing, conveying, assembly, and inspection. These highly flexible lines adapt to multi-product manufacturing, enabling high-volume, high-speed output for food, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical industries.
Workflow: Palletized empty boxes are fed into the depalletizer. Boxes then move via conveyors to the uncaser, where empty bottles are extracted. Empty cases pass through a case washer before reaching the caser. Meanwhile, bottles are sanitized/washed in a bottle washer, inspected to meet cleanliness standards, and moved to the filler and capper. After filling and capping, bottles pass through the labeler, get packed into cases by the caser, and are finally palletized by the palletizer for warehouse storage.
Equipment Advantages: Bottling lines provide high performance, stability, and reliability. They minimize material waste, lower costs in large-scale production, feature programmable sequence controls, ensure high productivity, and reduce environmental impact.

II. Key Advantages of EURA Servo Systems
1) Precise Positioning: Maintains accurate positioning at both high and low speeds, maximizing overall line efficiency.
2) High Overload Capacity: Strong mechanical adaptability ensures reliable operation under tough loads.
3) Superior Anti-Interference: High immunity to external industrial noise prevents positioning errors.
4) Simplified Tuning: Inertia self-learning and notch filter settings enable easy parameter optimization. Flexible command-source switching adapts smoothly to various application scenarios.
5) User-Friendly Design: Intuitive menu displays and convenient plug-and-play connectors ensure simple operation and hassle-free wiring.
III. SD20 Servo System Overview
The SD20 series is an all-digital AC servo drive independently developed by EURA Drives. Incorporating high-performance DSPs, large-scale FPGAs, and Intelligent Power Modules (IPM), it offers robust functionality, excellent performance, and a well-structured design to meet demanding high-precision, high-speed applications in CNC machine tools, packaging, printing, textiles, and robotics.
Key Performance Features:
1) 1.2 kHz Speed Response: Meets fast dynamic requirements. Supports full closed-loop control, multi-segment positioning, gain switching, and interrupt fixed-length positioning. Integrated micro-PLC functions allow custom low-code programming for specialized applications.
2) Asynchronous Servo Support: Pairs with CNC systems for C-axis, spindle orientation, and rigid tapping.
3) Industrial Bus Support: Supports EtherCAT and CANopen communication protocols for seamless networking.
4) Versatile & Convenient: Rich feature set and intuitive commissioning allow quick deployment on site.
IV. System Commissioning Steps
Control Wiring: Complete wiring for the robot control system, servo-to-motor, and servo-to-controller interfaces.
Parameter Setup: Set the servo system to Position Pulse Mode, then configure the electronic gear ratio, communication protocol, and baud rate.
Unloaded Jogging: Disconnect mechanical linkages and power up the servo. Check for fault alerts on the panel, perform JOG operation, verify motor rotation direction, and ensure smooth operation.
Optimization: Fine-tune servo gain, inertia ratio, and electronic gear ratio to achieve optimal performance.
System Parameter Configuration: Configure axis numbers, gearbox parameters, linkage parameters, direction calibration, speed limits, and axis coupling in the main controller.
Teaching & Trial Run: Perform single-axis low-speed movement in Teach Mode before executing multi-axis synchronized/coordinated motion cycles.
